INFORMATION
PAYMENT & CANCELATION POLICY
The reservation is only effective upon receipt of payment and confirmation form. The reservation can be canceled or changed 14 days before the arrival date, without any additional costs. If the reservation is canceled between the 14th and the 7th day prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. After that period, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The check-in time is from 4pm. Early check-in might be possible (contact us to check if Sozen Mill is ready for you).
The check-out time is12pm.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The stream at Sozen Mill has no surveillance. Please be aware that it is the guest's responsibility to ensure the safety of those who do not know how to swim, especially children.

Pets are allowed upon payment of a supplement. Guests are responsible for any damage the pet may cause.

No parties or events are allowed, unless agreed with the host.

Smoking is only permitted outside the house with exclusive use of an ashtray. Otherwise, there is a high possibility of causing a fire that guests will be responsible for.

Guests are responsible for ensuring everything is in the exact same condition as when they arrived.

The usage of the house is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking conditions, other people from the outside are not allowed in the property unless authorized by Sozen Mill ahead of their visit.

Rates exclude lunch or dinner but services like home delivery can be arranged for our guests at additional charge (must be booked in advance).

By law, details about foreign guests who stay at Sozen Mill have to be communicated to SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service). The following information needs to be sent before your arrival or during your stay. Name, Date of birth, Nationality, Country of Residence, Type of ID (Passport, Identity Card), ID number, Country of issue, etc.
